This Acceptable Use Policy defines the permitted and prohibited activities while using ZAYONIX VPS services. Customers must use our services responsibly and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Permitted Usage

ZAYONIX VPS services are primarily designed for legitimate forex trading activities, including:

• Running MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
• Hosting Expert Advisors (EAs) and trading tools.
• Managing personal trading environments.
• Other legal business or personal applications.

3. Prohibited Activities

Customers are strictly prohibited from using ZAYONIX services for:

• Illegal activities or unauthorized access attempts.
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software distribution.
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
• Cryptocurrency mining without written approval.
• Network attacks, DDoS attacks, or abuse of resources.
• Any activity that affects server performance for other users.

4. Resource Usage

VPS resources must be used within the limits of the selected plan. Excessive CPU, RAM, disk, or network usage that impacts server stability may result in temporary restrictions or service review.

5. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for protecting their VPS login credentials. Any activity performed through a customer's account will be considered the customer's responsibility.

6. Service Suspension

ZAYONIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a customer violates this policy or creates security risks to our infrastructure.
