At ZAYONIX, we provide digital VPS services designed for forex traders, including MT4 and MT5 hosting solutions. Since VPS services are provisioned digitally and resources are allocated immediately after payment confirmation, refunds are handled according to this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

VPS service cannot be delivered due to a technical issue from our side.
The ordered VPS plan is unavailable and we cannot provide an alternative solution.
Duplicate payments made accidentally for the same service.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

Customer changes their mind after VPS activation.
VPS credentials have already been delivered.
Trading losses, EA performance issues, broker-related problems, or market conditions.
Customer fails to configure software or trading platforms correctly.
Suspension caused by violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Subscription Renewal

VPS subscriptions are renewed according to the selected billing cycle. Renewal payments are non-refundable once the service period has started.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact our support team with their order details and reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed individually.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time taken may depend on the customer's payment provider or bank.
