Service Level Agreement

1. Overview

This Service Level Agreement describes the service standards and commitments provided by ZAYONIX for Forex VPS services.

2. VPS Availability

ZAYONIX aims to provide reliable VPS availability with continuous monitoring of server infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance and external infrastructure issues may temporarily affect availability.

3. Uptime Commitment

We target high availability for our VPS services. However, uptime may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including data center issues, network failures, software problems, or third-party provider interruptions.

4. Technical Support

ZAYONIX provides technical assistance related to VPS setup, operating system access, and MetaTrader installation support. Trading performance, broker execution, and Expert Advisor results are not guaranteed.

5. Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance may be performed to improve security, stability, and performance. Customers may receive advance notification whenever possible.

6. Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to protect customer information and VPS infrastructure. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their own trading files and data.

7. Limitations

ZAYONIX does not guarantee profits, trading results, broker execution speed, or uninterrupted service under all circumstances.
